PARTICIPANTS:
Possibility of exceeding the age limits of the groups: in a group of up to 7 people one (1) person may exceed the age limit of his category. Accordingly, in a group of 8 to 10 people two (2) people, in a group of 11 to 13 people three (3) people, in a group of 14 to 16 people four (4) people, in a group of 17 people and above five (5) people. Younger athletes can also compete in older age categories.

GROUP CATEGORIES:
Number of participants: at least 4 participants. Duration – there will be a tolerance regarding their maximum duration, of the order of 10 seconds, after which the music will be interrupted.
•ARTISTIC ACROBATIC DANCE SHOW – the performance must have a style of Gymnastics and Acrobatics, combined and connected with any of the dance styles such as Classical, Modern, Contemporary, Jazz, Hip Hop, etc. The character of the performance can be in any style. It is important to use acrobatic gymnastics elements such as flexibility, skips, jumps, splits, bridges, leaps, summer somersaults or other gymnastics elements. Gymnastics elements must be in harmony with the choreography. Lifts, acrobatics and pyramids are allowed. Handstands and props are allowed if they can be performed on stage in less than 20 seconds.
•ARTISTIC AEROBIC ENERGY SHOW – what is presented in the show must have a very intense energy. The character of the show can include any style of dance without restriction of rhythms. The gymnastic elements must be in harmony with the music and the choreography must contain more artistry than gymnastics. It is important in a show to use aerobic elements and to combine the music, choreography, costumes and use of props in an artistic way. Props such as flags, banners, sticks, signs, pom poms, loudspeakers and pieces of fabric are allowed in the hands. Props of the stage are not allowed.
•KANGOO JUMPS – Kangoo jumps are a choreographed performance performed with the help of special shoes, which are like booties with a sole, and imitate the jumping of kangaroos.
•CHEERLEADING DANCE SHOW – the character of the performance could be in any style. It is possible to use gymnastic elements such as jumps, leaps or folk dance elements if the music supports this type of dance. The gymnastic elements must be in harmony with the music and the choreography must contain more artistry than gymnastics. In a performance it is very important to combine music, choreography, costumes, and to use cheerleading props. Stage props are not allowed.

DUOS, TRIOS CATEGORIES
Participants dance individually “ON THE STAGE”, they will use their own music and the duration is from 1:30 to 2:00 minutes. Athletes will have 15′ seconds for the entrance and 15′ seconds for the exit. The presentation must be thematic and distinguished in the choreography, costume and music. Veil, wings, cane, hat and swords are allowed.
